Experience the comfort of in-home healthcare at transparent prices. In-person (home or clinic) visits are priced at
$250 from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
$300 from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Medical nutrition therapy can support a variety of health conditions via tele-health or in the comfort of your home or office. She can even go grocery shopping with you to help you properly read nutrition labs and pick the healthiest foods for either your medical condition or weight loss goals. Caitlin, our dietitian, can help patients of all ages, and if your condition is not listed you can make an appointment request with her and she will get back to you as soon as possible.
